“The tools provided by Evalion meaningfully complement the counseling work of our service. They are a valuable means of exploring interests, skills, and personal characteristics, strengthening the self-awareness process and providing meaningful support to both underage and adult beneficiaries in making educational and career decisions.”

“Since the ActionAid Community Center in Athens began operating in 2017, Evalion has been a valuable partner. From the very beginning, it provided us with reliable and user-friendly tools for both teenagers and adults, enriching the services we offer to the people we support, while also providing tools that strengthen the work of our counselors.”

“Since 2017, MyOrama has met our needs both for teenagers who are shaping their career paths and for adults who are seeking employment and/or a career change. It serves as a valuable support in the counseling process, helping us put into context many aspects of the professional profile that we explore with individuals. In this way, we are able to identify key areas that deserve attention much more quickly. In addition, it provides insights into cognitive abilities that people themselves have often not yet identified. Overall, MyOrama is a comprehensive tool covering multiple dimensions of professional characteristics, structured in a focused yet accessible way, and standardized in Greece over many years.”

“I discovered careers I didn’t even know existed, and I realized there are so many things I don’t know yet and want to learn more about.”In addition, it provides insights into cognitive abilities that people themselves have often not yet identified. “Through the questions, I started thinking about things I had never considered before. Even the fact that many of the questions were repeated in a different way made me reflect and helped me understand myself better.”

“The assessment knew what it was asking; it wasn’t fake or random—it seemed like a good one. Most of the questions were easy to understand. I think it helped me identify what I really don’t like and which direction I’m heading in, what I’m more inclined toward.”
