Introductory Meeting & Program Briefing
An initial introductory meeting takes place, during which the program is presented in detail, including its objectives, implementation process, and benefits for participants.
Access and Completion of MyOrama
The MyOrama team provides all necessary instructions and provides you with a personalized environment with your company's branding, reinforcing the experience as part of the corporate benefits offering. Employees gain access to the platform for their children, who can complete the tools online, flexibly at their own pace.
Personalized Results Report
Upon completion of the Vocational Guidance tool, a personalized results report is created for each participant. The report presents key personality traits, motives, abilities, and professional interests, and also includes recommended study directions and indicative career fields.
Results Discussion & Feedback Sessions
The report is then followed by the opportunity to discuss results with a specialized consultant from our team. Sessions can be held on an individual and/or group basis. In parallel, themed workshops or webinars can be organized, further enhancing the understanding and use of the results.
